Deposit & Payments

Holding deposit

If your offer is accepted, a holding deposit of up to one week's rent will be requested. It will be deducted from your first month's rent on move-in and returned if the landlord withdraws.

Please note: the holding deposit is non-refundable if any applicant provides false or misleading information, or if the application fails referencing. It is only refunded if the landlord withdraws from the let.
